W B Blinn, creator of MANIFESTING GREATNESS began his coaching and consulting career as a management systems engineer at the renowned Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.  In this capacity he first discovered that it was actually individual belief and company culture that determined whether or not an organization would flourish, remain adaptable to change and thereby achieve ongoing growth and success.   Adapting the discoveries of management guru Peter Senge in the 1990’s, he delved further into the unfolding of human potential as the key element to transformation, first within the individual and as a result anyone  (or any organization) with which that individual would become involved; including their efforts, endeavors, enterprises and expressions.

 

Mr Blinn’s passion comes from helping individuals (and through them the organizations with which they are involved), find and hone in on their true and deep natural talents and gifts and then marry these gifts with their passions in order that they and everyone around them might thrive.  Along with his formal academic education and professional training he has also studied the work of various mystics and participated in and conducted workshops for the mystical school Arica.  The outcome of all of his training and experience is a program called Manifesting Greatness which is practical tool and methodology geared at helping participants access the deepest regions of their full brain capacity in order that they might live dynamic, peaceful, meaningful lives in an ever increasingly ongoing way.
